About Our Client:
Strive Search is partnered with a MedTech company in the Galway region for the recruitment of an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality production
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, optimise, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment
* Support NPI, process transfers, and continuous improvement projects
* Troubleshoot production issues to improve yield, quality, and efficiency
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in a Scientific/Engineering related discipline
* 3+ years experience in an ISO13485 regulated environment in a similar role related to process improvements.
