You will be responsible for partnering up with operations & HR management to train and advise employees on HR policies, building relationships, promotion of employee performance, training, absenteeism & employee evaluations ***You must have at least2 years Employee Relationsexperience and strong knowledge in Irish Employment Lawto be considered for this role!!*** This is apermanent job full time onsite Mon-Fri Key duties & responsibilities: Support the HR function for the company i.e. policies/procedures Oversee employee performance recognition, diversity & compliance Strengthen employee relationships to achieve company strategic goals. Maintain legal knowledge & ensure regulatory compliance & partner with legal counsel Report preparation and analysis of statistical data for metrics Coordinate training programmes Responsible for employee attendance tracking Distribute employee evaluations Manage employee queries/complaints Participate in Employee Orientation, Development and Training, administrative staff meetings Suggests new procedures and policies for continuous improvement Coach management & operations on Employment Law What are we looking for? At least 2 years experience in HR Employee Relations (ER) role essential Must have strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law essential. HR qualification essential Proficient with MS Office applications & HR management systems.
