Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the bar team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
Oversee all bar operations, including stock management, ordering, and scheduling.
Create innovative drink menus and ensure a high-quality beverage offering.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
What We're Looking For 2-3 years Experience in Irish Hospitality Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
A strong understanding of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
