The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 will be accountable to the Assistant Director of Nursing for Acute Medical Services and Director of Nursing.They will work closely with the ADON Medical Services and the CNM2 team on the medical wards and services.The CNM3 medical will engage with the multidisciplinary team on Quality Improvements and work with colleagues in a solution focused manner.They will provide professional / clinical leadership in the designated area(s) of responsibility.
