About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and inspire our high-performing B2B sales team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our success and driving business acquisition and account growth in key sectors.
You will be responsible for leading from the front, owning high-value deals and strategic negotiations, and inspiring, coaching and developing a driven sales team to surpass targets, build deep lasting client relationships that create long-term value and contribute to senior decision-making and company direction.
What We Are Looking For
* 5–7 years' proven B2B sales success, ideally in professional services or consultancy sales
* A consistent track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals
* A strong leadership presence with a passion for coaching and developing others
* An EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
