Main Responsibilities:

* Oversee subcontractors for services such as pest control and groundskeeping.
* Ensure robust financial performance and compliance with health, safety, and legislative standards.
* Collaborate with support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and human resources.
* Assist in developing business strategies aligned with client needs and goals.
* Ensure consistent governance at each site.
