**Project Lead - Building Projects**
Job Description
The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale residential and commercial projects across Dublin City. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing project teams.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant third-level degree and at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience with main contractors is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of RC frame construction, commercial buildings, and residential development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Manager and wider team by providing technical advice on the project
* Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration
* Perform technical verification of civil engineering designs, models, and drawings to guarantee accuracy
* Implement QA procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
