Your Responsibilities
Email Automation & Campaign Management
Lead and optimise email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Design automated customer journeys-from onboarding to upselling
Use segmentation and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions
Chatbot Experience Optimisation
Own and enhance chatbot flows to boost lead conversion
Collaborate across teams to align chat strategy with business goals
Experiment and iterate to improve user experience
Paid Media Strategy
Manage LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other paid channels
Track performance, optimise bidding, and maximise ROI
Partner with creative teams to deliver compelling ad content
Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Management
Drive cross-functional GTM initiatives with precision
Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms
Align with Sales and Product teams to support launches
Your Story:
4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email automation
Experience with paid media platforms and chatbot optimisation
Strong project management and analytical skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
