Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis. Proficiency in Excel and forecasting/planning tools (AGR, SAP APO, Oracle, etc.). Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Duties will include: Develop and refine short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts. Analyse sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product activity. Track forecast accuracy and implement improvements. Prepare monthly demand review packs and contribute to S&OP meetings. Translate forecasts into inventory requirements to maintain optimal stock levels. Work with supply partners to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stock issues. Identify risks, opportunities, and trends within the supply chain. Support product lifecycle planning launches, transitions, and end-of-life. Produce regular reporting on demand, service levels, and inventory performance. Maintain data accuracy across planning systems and support continuous improvement.
