Job Title: Safety, Health Specialist
The Safety and Health Specialist will work within a Group Support Team, supporting the business in the areas of safety data analysis, reporting, engagement and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis and interpretation of SHE incident data and associated trend analysis.
* Preparation of reports for Executive and Senior Management and SHE Support Managers.
* Administration of Synergi Life (Incident, Audit & Risk IT system) and SHE Share Point site.
* Development of internal communications related to health and safety.
* Preparation of monthly newsletters and management briefing inserts. Liaison for data input into ESB Annual Report.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, IT, Communications or similar roles.
* Experience of researching, developing and publishing leadership communications.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, apply attention to detail and meet deadlines.
* Experience in presenting information and ideas using MS Office suite and Share Point.
Salary: €48,100 - €56,600 per annum
