Our client, a leading global aviation leasing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Compliance Manager to join their Legal Compliance team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate governance professional to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting the compliance, governance, and company secretarial functions across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update corporate records, including changes to directorships, shareholdings, and declarations of dividends.
* Support corporate secretarial functions using relevant software (e.g., Blueprint) and generate accurate corporate structure charts.
* Organise board meetings and draft written resolutions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
* Liaise with service providers and company secretaries across multiple global jurisdictions.
* Coordinate incorporation of new entities and support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
Ieal Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or corporate service provider.
* Preferably a member (or in training) with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI UK & Ireland) or equivalent.
