We have grown significantly in recent years, and now wish to appoint an additional Field Services Administrator to our Field Services Team.You will be a highly organised and detailed oriented individual who will provide administrative support in a busy and dynamic environment.Main Tasks include:Managing, ordering and tracking of stock items required for Field Technicians.Maintain a stock checklist for consumables and reorder as required to ensure adequate stocks are available to the team.Request, complete and submit monthly reports as required.Complete various monthly administrative requirements, including the preparation of monthly reports and communication to customers.Book overnight accommodation for team members.Complete purchase orders for the team as required.Other administrative duties to support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.Requirements:Leaving Certificate with at least 2 years professional administrative experienceProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailFluent in English both written and spoken.A good team player and works well in a team environment.Highly organised, with good time management skills.Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiativeFull training will be givenReporting Structure:The role reports to the Fields Services ManagerHours of work for this position are: Mon – Friday 8. 30am – 5.00pmJob Type: Full-timePay: From €28,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programGym membershipOn-site parkingEducation:Leaving Certificate (required)Work Location: In person
