Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee complex construction projects.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Project Lead has ultimate responsibility for managing and delivering high-value contracts.
The role involves:
* Leading the Tender Team comprising Estimator, CM, QS, and external consultants
* Coordinating tender production to ensure a competitive submission
* Developing project programmes, method statements, prelims, and submission documents
* Chairing start-up meetings and outlining procurement strategies
Key responsibilities include site management, logistics, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring staff and fostering a cohesive team environment.
Experience Required
A minimum of 15 years' experience in construction, preferably with a national contracting organisation.
Deep understanding of the market, including awareness of competitors and emerging trends.
Proven financial control and reporting skills.
