Customer Service Administrator Enniscorthy, Co Wexford Fulltime | Permanent Monday to Friday, Day Shift (39 hours/week) Starting Salary €30,000 + Benefits Vickerstock is proud to be partnering with a leading global FMCG manufacturer in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their thriving team at their Enniscorthy facility. As the Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers-handling enquiries, supporting daily operations, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. You'll play a vital role in customer satisfaction, logistics coordination, and administrative support, contributing directly to the smooth running of the business. Key duties Serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier enquiries via phone, email, and online chat Manage incoming and outgoing calls using the internal phone system Coordinate set-up for meetings, events, and trade shows Process customer orders and monitor shipments, providing updates as needed Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries Address customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer communications, and logistics data Support with invoicing, shipping documentation, and general administrative tasks Assist Sales and Finance teams with client hospitality and coordination What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and as part of a team A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to grow within the business What's on Offer: Competitive starting salary of €30,000 with room for progression Excellent opportunities for career advancement 20 days annual leave plus public holidays Company pension scheme after 6-month probation period Life assurance (4x annual salary) Get in touch: Sound like the career move you've been after and would like to hear more, pick up the phone to Sophie now on T, or send an updated CV - in Word format - via the link on the page (or email).
