About the Role
This newly established role is a direct result of continued expansion and offers an opportunity to contribute to both core financial reporting and strategic projects.
Reporting to an experienced Finance Manager, you'll enjoy a varied scope—from preparing management accounts to enhancing processes, supporting growth initiatives, and stepping into leadership when needed.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly management accounts for the Group, presenting insights to senior leadership.
Draft annual financial statements and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
Act as deputy to the Finance Manager and mentor junior finance team members.
Strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
Lead process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
Contribute to ad hoc finance and business projects as required.
About You
You're a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience and a solid technical accounting foundation.
Exposure to a fast-paced or scaling environment will be a plus.
You bring strong analytical ability, excellent numeracy, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset, you're motivated by making a real impact.
