Main Responsibilities:
Investigate & Resolve:
Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
Enforce Standards:
Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
Stay Informed:
Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
Market Insights:
Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
Data Analysis:
Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
Trendspotting:
Recognise trends and elevate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
Efficiency:
Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Hebrew

Compensation & Benefits:
Working Hours:
Day shift (9-5) OR Evening shift (6pm-2am) with no rotation.

Location:
Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
Evening Shift:
25% salary uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 2am.

Travel Allowance:
€12 per day (before tax) for evening shift.
