Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a seasoned Principal Software Engineer to establish technical leadership while remaining hands-on with significant experience in coding, architecture, and system design.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in software design, coding, and application architecture.
* Strong hands-on experience, with a primary focus on Java or C#/.NET.
* Messaging, caching, and system integration tools.
* Strong REST fundamentals and API development.
* Strong coaching and mentoring mindset and approach.
* Contribute to architecture design, principles, and standards.
* Experience in fintech or payments environments is desirable.
* Ability to drive Agile development and deliver products quickly and to a high standard.
