As an Outbound BDR, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving new business opportunities from the heart of Dublin, working with a flexible hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Your Main Responsibilities
1. Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
2. Collaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
3. Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
4. Share insights, learnings, and best practices to enhance outbound processes and support overall team success
Your Skills and Experience
5. 12 months of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology space
6. A strong drive for continuous improvement and commitment to high standards
7. Motivated by exceeding targets and achieving ambitious goals
8. Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key
9. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
10. Fluent in Spanish and Italian (written and spoken) and English
