We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Management: Manage employee disciplinaries & grievances investigations, oversee recruitment, interviews, Induction & onboarding of new employees.
2. Performance Management: Conduct HR metrics and reporting, assist in staff training processes, and implement HR programmes & employee wellbeing, communications & projects.
Full clean Irish Driving License travel required for meetings.

Requirements:
* Qualifications: 3rd level Qualification in HR or CIPD qualified (or working towards)
* Experience: At least 3 years experience working as a HR Officer
* Skills: Must have knowledge of Irish Labour Laws - essential, experience with HR systems i.e. performance management, proficient with Microsoft Office packages & IT systems
