Job Responsibilities:
* Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
* Respond to lift breakdown callouts for minor repairs.
* Maintain customer relationships and meet response times.
* Provide updates to the Service Manager and participate in the regional standby/callout rota.
* Solve issues across various lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
* Exercise problem-solving skills and work independently.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 qualification or part qualification as a Lift Service Engineer.
* Experience as an experienced Lift Engineer.
