Description:
The Duty Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all Front of House activities, Outlets, and Events within the hotel during their shift. Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with Heads of Department on a daily basis to guarantee sufficient staffing levels.
* Ensuring operational standards are consistently met throughout the building.
* Conducting regular patrols to ensure cleanliness and fire exit compliance.
* Leading the team effectively in emergency scenarios.
* Maintaining a strong lobby presence and participating in team briefings.
* Addressing guest complaints and providing service recovery.
In order to be successful in this position, applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager in a 4-star hotel in Ireland and hold full legal status to work in Ireland.
