Customer Service Liaison
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team on a permanent basis. If you're interested, please read on.
The Role:
This position involves receiving and processing sales orders from key corporate clients, updating customer data, liaising with production teams on order status, responding to customer queries, preparing performance reports for management teams and undertaking other tasks as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in business studies or a related field is ideal.
* You will have 2-3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B role.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution-focused environment would be beneficial.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are proficient in IT systems, including ERP software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Benefits:
This is a permanent position with a salary range dependent on your skills and experience. The role is office-based, 5 days a week, in Shannon.

Please note that this job is fully office-based and requires no travel.
