A well established Broker based in the Dublin City area is currently hiring for a new member of the home isnurance team.
The rolewill require the individual to have a thorough understanding of home insurance to help guide any new or existing clients through their policy.
Key Responsibilities Advise new and existing clients on home insurance products.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Process renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy amendments.
Provide accurate quotations and ensure compliance with underwriting criteria.
Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Handle client queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Desirable Skills & Experience Minimum (12) years experience in home insurance or personal lines insurance.
APA (Accredited Product Adviser) qualification (or working towards) Strong understanding of home insurance products and underwriting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
