Controlling & Inventory – Senior Financial Analyst, IMFT Technology & Data Solutions
As part of the Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation program, you will modernize and harmonize core finance operations within Controlling and Inventory, driving a major ERP (S4/Hana) deployment. Your role includes collaborating with global process owners, technical product owners, system integrators, and other transformation teams to capture business requirements, design processes, build, test, and deploy solutions that deliver value to the organization.
Responsibilities
Represent the finance function in cross‑functional discussions on Controlling & Inventory.
Lead the finance function’s engagement in the Global Finance Transformation Initiative, supporting ERP/S4/Hana design, build, and deployment for Controlling & Inventory processes.
Collaborate with IMFT and IM Transcend Global Process Owners and functional teams to capture and define design requirements.
Manage interdependencies with other transformation programs such as Signifi/Transact in the Controlling & Inventory areas.
Work with Technical Product Owners and the System Integrator to design, build, and test the Global Template that meets business requirements using latest technologies.
Assist in data validation and testing with the Master Data team to ensure correct set‑up for Controlling & Inventory processes.
Participate in deployment activities, testing cycles, and Hypercare support.
Qualifications
University degree in Finance or Economics.
5+ years’ experience in finance roles, preferably in supply chain, R&D or a similar environment.
Experience with costing, inventory & plant accounting in a supply chain or R&D role.
Proficiency in process development and improvement, with strong analytical skills.
Agile mindset, strong communication, and ability to influence stakeholders.
Team player with experience in virtual, global environments.
Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Passion for driving change and inspiring adoption of new processes and technology.
Preferred Skills
Expert knowledge of SAP ERP platform.
Project management experience.
Comfort with digital tools such as PowerQuery, PowerBI.
Base pay range (Ireland): 52,400 – 94,100 EUR per annum.

Responsibilities
Support the Finance Lead in the Global Finance Transformation Initiative for ERP/S4/Hana design, build, and deployment of Finance Material Master Data.
Collaborate with IM Transcend Global Process Owners and functional teams to define design requirements for Finance Material Master Data.
Coordinate with Finance Process Owners, Technical Product Owners and the System Integrator to build the Global Template that meets business requirements.
Assist in data validation and testing to ensure accurate set‑up of Finance Material Master Data.
Participate in deployment, testing cycles, and Hypercare support.
Qualifications
University degree in Finance or Economics.
5+ years’ experience in finance master data roles, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
Experience in process development and improvement.
Strong analytical skills and ability to balance big picture with detail.
Agile mindset, strong communication, ability to influence stakeholders.
Team player with experience in global/virtual environments.
Adaptability in fast‑paced, change‑driven settings.
