Responsibilities include:
* Managing project paperwork and compliance documents.
* Booking meetings and maintaining up-to-date records.
* Processing invoices and purchase orders.
* Handling data entry and staff records.
* Coordinating with subcontractors.
* Maintaining health and safety documentation.
Qualifications and skills required for this role include:
* Previous experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in construction.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
