Technical Architect Role
This role is for a highly skilled technical professional with expertise in ServiceNow solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for developing the technical design, implementation, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these solutions meet business needs while adhering to industry best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution the end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are tailored to meet business requirements.
2. Help align configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
3. Architect scalable, sustainable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions, anticipating both current and future needs.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, assess needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
5. Act as a bridge between business units and the technical team to ensure the solution addresses business objectives.
6. Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards for all ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
7. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
8. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement in processes, technologies, and solutions.
9. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow architecture and design principles.
10. Provide thought leadership and strategic technical recommendations on the evolution of the ServiceNow platform within the organization.
11. Conduct thorough deep dive technical reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and integration protocols.
12. Manage technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly experienced technical professional with the following skills and qualifications:
1. ServiceNow Expertise: Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, BCM, and custom applications.
2. Platform Configuration & Development: Expertise in hands-on ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and development using ServiceNow Studio.
3. Integration Expertise: Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems integrations.
4. Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ADO, etc.) and how they integrate with ServiceNow solutions.
5. Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's security model, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards.
6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
7. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions.
8. Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
