Job Details
The Commercial Growth Manager will drive revenue growth, attendance, and community engagement in line with the organisation's strategic plan.
The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales and business development plan, targeting corporate clients, fundraising events, showcase events, community and social groups, and identifying new revenue streams.
The successful candidate will build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, local businesses, and community bodies to embed the stadia as vital parts of the community.
The Commercial Growth Manager will manage and support on-site sales resources to deliver proactive engagement and achieve revenue targets, using CRM systems to track performance and pipeline.
The role requires excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation at senior levels.
