About the Position
As a Salesforce Lead Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients by architecting innovative solutions utilizing Salesforce products and services. You will combine your technical expertise with your deep understanding of Salesforce to create tailored solutions that meet the unique business needs of our clients. Working closely with our sales and consulting teams, you will be instrumental in pre‑sales activities, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to potential customers. Your role is integral in showcasing the power and versatility of Salesforce, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long‑lasting business relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers, addressing their business issues and needs to demonstrate business value.
Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other high‑performing teams.
Leverage industry experience, incorporating and developing a point of view based on Salesforce’s solutions.
Fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of Salesforce to customers at every level, from Administration/IT staff to managers and "C"‑level executives.
Present compelling Salesforce & partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners.
Display initiative, self‑motivation, and deliver high‑quality results while meeting all expectations.
Qualifications and Attributes
Understand the unique business requirements of customers across multiple industries and translate/present those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap.
Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for a software solution organization (various backgrounds welcome).
Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
Proven time‑management skills in a dynamic team environment.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, energizing environments.
Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
Enjoy being the first to know something and understanding why and how things happen.
Good at searching for information, experimenting, concentrating on specific topics, and solving puzzles.
Good at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention.
Willing and able to travel occasionally.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience).
