Overview
Graduate Assoc. Spclst, Engineering- MLDP at MSD – The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is our flagship global manufacturing graduate program. The objective is to identify, hire, and develop future Manufacturing Leaders to drive value for patients worldwide.
Program Details
Over the 3-year rotation program, you will be exposed to three one-year rotations. You will receive coaching from senior leaders, work on real manufacturing challenges, and participate in training from industry-leading scientists and engineers. You will contribute to significant projects and make key decisions impacting how pharmaceuticals are manufactured and delivered globally. The program aims to build skills in teamwork, collaboration, and leadership.
Rotations are assigned based on business needs and may require working at different sites and traveling domestically or internationally. International rotations are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
* Participate in three rotations over three years, each lasting one year, with opportunities to contribute to manufacturing projects and processes.
* Engage with mentoring from peers and senior leaders and gain exposure to real-world manufacturing challenges.
* Collaborate across core manufacturing functions to understand end-to-end operations and deliver improvements.
* Develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities while applying technical and business skills in manufacturing settings.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, or related disciplines listed by the program).
* Interest in working across a broad range of manufacturing experiences and readiness to adapt to new roles and responsibilities.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with leadership potential and a commitment to personal and professional development.
* Willingness to relocate or travel as required by rotations.
