Maintenance Planner / Scheduler Job Description
1. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
2. Scheduling Meetings: Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss work priorities, schedules, and resource allocation.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Maintenance Operations Manager, departments, and external vendors to plan jobs for effective execution by Maintenance Technicians.
4. Maintenance Shutdowns:&nbbsp;Planning&, scheduling,and execution of annual plant maintenance shutdowns as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
6. Prior experience in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) is essential
