We have a great opportunity for an
Operations Coordinator (installations)
. The Operations Coordinator (Installations) plays a critical role within the Local Heroes and Net Zero teams, providing first-line support to both customers and installers across the Local Heroes and Net Zero ecosystems. The role shares responsibility for delivering positive outcomes for customers and installers throughout the end-to-end installation journey. Key responsibilities also include process improvement, project management, complaint resolution, onboarding, performance measurement, as well as quality and compliance activities.

Key Accountabilities:

* Provide first-line phone and email support to customers, resolving queries, issues, and complaints in collaboration with installers.

* Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, and communications between customers and field teams.
* Build and maintain relationships with key Local Heroes traders to support growth and scalability.
* Build and maintain relationships with Net Zero surveyors and installers to support growth and scalability.
* Operate in line with the Local Heroes Introducer Model Standard, ensuring trader performance meets brand and quality standards.
* Champion the boiler and EV installation journey, ensuring a smooth experience through effective planning and communication.
* Support business units with analysis to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
* Contribute to complaint reduction and continuous improvement of customer service.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivery deadlines are met.
* Support the achievement of key performance metrics.

Here's what we're looking for:

* Third-level qualification or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong experience in customer service, operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role.
* Salesforce experience preferred (case management, dashboards, reporting, and navigation).
* Team-oriented, providing operational support to sales and operations teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and implement solutions.
* Confident in using technology to build and improve processes.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Experience contributing to projects and delivering outcomes.
* Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-changing environment.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and drive results.
* Experience working with contractors or third parties.
* Ability to use data and business intelligence to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
