Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A can-do attitude, results-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong listening skills to address customer concerns and answer questions effectively.
- Flexibility to work afternoons and evenings (typical schedule: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with wider range flexibility offered 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). Evenings and weekends may be a possibility.
