Social Care Specialist We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our care provision, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual disabilities/ABI/Autism.
Job Description: To provide high-quality care and support through a holistic approach that meets the practical, physical, and emotional needs of service users.
To assist persons with a disability in residential, training, and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or related field.
At least 2 years' experience working in residential or respite settings with people with intellectual disabilities.
