As a Sales Support Executive, you will be a vital part of an energetic and ambitious sales team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with quotes, liaising with vendors & distributors, and supporting account managers via the corporate Sales Support inbox.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing IT product quotes and sourcing equipment to facilitate the sales process.
* Organizing workflow of sales support services to designated sales personnel.
* Handling customer inquiries and collaborating with different departments.
* Communicating verbally and in writing with customers.
* Logging orders into the internal database.
What we need from you:
* Highly organized and resourceful.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
