Senior Architectural Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our team and drive the delivery of medium to large-scale projects. Based in Galway, this is an opportunity to shape the future direction of our studio and grow a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of complex projects across various sectors including healthcare, education, residential and workplace.
* Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all project stages.
* Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows.
* Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects.
* Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth.
* Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
* RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
* Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK.
* Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential.
* Proficient in Revit – this is a must-have.
* Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Commercially aware with good client-facing experience.
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their career.
* Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
