We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of energy infrastructure projects.
About the Role
* You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex civil works, prioritizing safety, quality, and timeliness.
* Your primary objective will be to champion Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) excellence throughout every phase of the project.
* You will provide clear leadership and technical guidance to engineers, operatives, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic energy goals.
2. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
3. Resource Management: Oversee all aspects of resource allocation, including budget control, design coordination, and contract administration.
4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utility providers, and public stakeholders, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business.
Requirements
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential.
* Chartered status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
* Deep knowledge of Irish construction regulations, public procurement frameworks, and energy-sector delivery models.
