Our Client is a Mechanical Contractor with projects across the west of Ireland. They now have a job vacancy for a Mechanical Project Manager and Mechanical Supervisor based in the west of Ireland. You must have a minimum of 7 years' experience within Building Services / HVAC / Process Piping industry and, ideally, you will have a Diploma or Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering or a trade background and relevant experience. Candidates from a mechanical engineering or mechanical site management background may be suitable depending on your experience.
As Mechanical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage several million's worth of mechanical works annually
* Responsible for various projects from initial tendering to completion of jobs ensuring that the dates and budget limits are not exceeded.
* Liaise with Consulting Engineers and main Contractors
* Manage the financial elements of the projects
* Adherence to Company policies and procedures
* Excellent knowledge of project management techniques, practices and principles of financial control and reporting.
* Excellent track record with a large mechanical contractor in Ireland
* Excellent communication skills
