Job Title: Site Facilities Specialist

About the Role:
The Site Utilities and Facilities Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the reliable operation of utility and facility systems at our Grange Castle site. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment that supports manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support and oversee utilities and facilities systems such as steam generation, compressed air, process gases, refrigeration systems (HTF), BMS, chilled water, carbon abatement, and sprinkler systems.
* Evaluate system performance to ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with cGMP, EHS, and company standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide technical input for capital projects related to utilities and facilities.
* Investigate deviations, perform CAPAs, and manage change controls for utilities and facilities systems.
* Maintain preventive maintenance activities according to plan and document in the CMMS.
* Contribute to the site's Energy Management Program and ISO 50001 certification.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment – preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
