Sales Administrator Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath (Office-based) Salary: €35,000 The Noel Group is recruiting a Sales Administrator on behalf of an Irish-based company with over 30 years' experience operating in the agriculture sector, supplying customers across Ireland and other markets. This is an office-based role and would suit a motivated, well-organised individual who enjoys a varied administrative position and working closely with sales and accounts teams. The role involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring administrative systems run efficiently. Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator: Maintain and support office systems and administrative procedures Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date and fully utilised Liaise with customers in different territories Assist with editing and uploading photos and videos to the company website and social media platforms Become proficient our office systems Generate sales and purchase documentation Provide system support when required Support Sales and Accounts teams during peak periods Carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required Requirements of a Sales Administrator: 2+ years' experience in a similar Sales Administration role Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to tasks Very good administration and communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional-level English communication skills are essential Training will be provided on company-specific software Benefits of this role: €35,000 salary DOE Company pension scheme Opportunities for development 20 annual leave days per year Skills: Administration Sales Communication
