On behalf of a growing property platform in Dublin, we are seeking to hire a Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will take ownership of financial reporting and control across a portfolio of client assets. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, offering direct exposure to property operations, client relationships, and senior decision-making.
The Role
Manage financial reporting across a portfolio of property and OMC entities
Prepare monthly reporting packs (income, expenses, cashflow, variance analysis)
Monitor rental income, service charges, and property-related expenditure
Act as a key finance contact for property managers and external clients
Support and develop a small finance team
Assist with year-end, audit processes, and financial reporting
Qualifications
5+ years’ finance experience, ideally within property or client accounting
Strong Excel skills and experience producing financial reports
Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience
Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Reapit, etc.)
Strong communicator, able to engage with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
