As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our solutions.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, sales engineering, or similar role.
* Proven track record of driving customer success and product/service adoption.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights.
* Experience working with CRM systems and other customer success tools.
