Administrator – Professional Body (Agriculture Sector)
Our client is a professional body representing the agricultural sector, supporting co-operatives, farmers, and agri-businesses nationwide. Based in Dublin 2/City Centre they are now seeking an experienced Administrator to provide governance, project, and communications support across our activities.
The Role
This is a varied role that combines
administration, project coordination, event management, and communications
.
You will:
* Support senior management with diaries, travel, meetings, and board documentation.
* Manage co-operative registrations and rulebook amendments via the CORE portal.
* Organise events such as the AGM, national conferences, seminars, and award ceremonies.
* Produce reports, newsletters, presentations, and other communications.
* Maintain and update organisational websites (WordPress).
* Liaise with stakeholders including government bodies, external partners, and member co-operatives.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative and project coordination background (HR or governance experience an advantage).
* Proficiency with
databases
, the
CORE portal
, and
WordPress
.
* Skilled in
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
.
* Excellent communication, minute-taking, and stakeholder liaison skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and projects in a fast-moving environment.
* Flexible, solution-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
