Stores and Administration Assistant - Dublin 12

At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking to recruit a motivated Stores and Administration Assistant for our client, an established and market leading company bases in Dublin 12.

The successful candidate will assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the sales, stores and warehouse functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all administrative processes while supporting customer service and internal operations.

The Stores and Administration Assistant will join a small, friendly team in a supportive and professional environment. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with the business.

Key duties will include the following:

1. Maintain a high level of Service to all Customers in person, electronically and by phone
2. Respond to enquiries from customers and suppliers
3. Maintain accurate records including accounts data entry and filing
4. Create quotes and process invoices
5. Provide administrative support to the wider team
6. Support order processing and assist with dispatch paperwork
7. Provide cover as required on trade counter and stores
8. Ensuring Inventory is received into stock efficiently and accurately

Applicants will meet the following requirements:

9. 1-2 years of experience in a busy trade counter, stores, or customer service role
10. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
11. Experience of resolving customer complaint and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
12. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
13. Friendly, team-oriented attitude
14. Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

This permanent position is an urgent fill with my client and will have a salary in the region of €30,000 - €32,000.
