We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Earth & Vine Restaurant at Castleknock Hotel. We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, creative and experienced Restaurant Manager who is looking for a new challenge.
Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel
in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.

What we require from our applicants:
* Previous restaurant experience in Ireland
* The ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience
* Excellent attention to detail & a good level of knowledge of cash procedure, labour costs and budget.
* The ability to work with the Chef's and Hotel Senior team to deliver excellent standards of performance
* To be a mentor to the team and to have a positive impact on their development
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
* Be committed to the future direction of the F&B team
* Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
