Job Title: Business Development Specialist
This is a newly created role to drive growth and sales across various industry sectors. As a key part of the commercial sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify potential growth areas.
* Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to meet customer needs.
* Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and market trends to inform sales strategies.
* Contribute to targeted growth plans and deliver on set goals.
* Support the Sales Director in their strategic sales duties.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
* Experience in construction, building services, or related sectors would be an advantage.
* 2-3+ years of experience in field sales or inside sales.
* Proven track record of managing quotation and tendering proposals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers at all levels.
* Strong IT knowledge and ability to multitask across different product ranges.
