This role presents a compelling chance for an accountant to join a dynamic finance team and contribute to its growth.
* Maintain the accuracy of the fixed asset register by monitoring additions, disposals, and monthly reporting.
* Regularly verify physical assets to ensure their integrity.
* Prepare SAP journal entries including accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis.
* Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations and assist in preparing quarterly and monthly reporting packages.
* Support inventory management within the general ledger.
* Analyse insurance costs and ensure compliance with policies.
* Support the accurate collation of data for cashflow management purposes.
* Cooperate with internal and external audits as well as statutory reporting requirements (CSO, VAT, Intrastat, VIES).
* Manage intercompany recharge processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
* Participate in process improvements within the finance function.
