Overview An established manufacturing business with a long-standing presence in Limerick is seeking a capable and commercially aware Management Accountant. This role will support senior leadership in making informed operational and strategic decisions through accurate cost analysis and financial insight. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost base Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify efficiencies, savings opportunities and procurement improvements Support inventory management processes, including stock level monitoring and participation in stock takes Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Contribute to internal audit activities and ensure adherence to financial controls Provide clear, actionable insights to influence operational decision-making Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Professional accounting qualification Demonstrated ability to contribute to business improvements in previous roles Experience working with ERP systems Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary package Private healthcare discount Employee assistance programme Company events On-site parking Skills: Management Accounting Decision Making Leadership
