Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive
Financial Analyst
to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will provide insights to drive business decisions and ensure accurate financial performance tracking for our operations in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
* Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability trends
* Build and maintain financial models and reports
* Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities
* Collaborate with finance and operational teams to support business planning
* Assist with compliance to
Irish accounting standards and Revenue requirements
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
* Knowledge of financial modelling, reporting, and KPIs
* Familiarity with Irish accounting standards (FRS, IFRS) is a plus
* Good English communication
Nice to Have
* Progress toward
ACCA / CIMA / CPA
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Xero)
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
