Training and Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Rehab Group. As an expert in adult education, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering training programs that equip learners with skills to develop personally, socially, and vocationally.
The successful candidate will have experience in working with people with intellectual disabilities and ASD, and will be able to demonstrate initiative and competencies to carry out duties with innovation, flair, and imagination.
* Design and deliver training programs according to specified curricula
* Maintain records of all training in accordance with both internal and external quality standards
* Evaluate the rehabilitative and vocational needs of each learner and produce a profile of those needs
