Opportunity to join global FMCG manufacturing site in North Cork
Responsibilities
Supporting the site to develop a strategy for engineering implementation & asset life‑cycle management
Ensuring all team members have a proactive approach to H&S and implementation of essential engineering processes
Supporting the introduction of a knowledge‑sharing system, and ensuring all team members engage with it
Developing training strategy and development plans for maintenance team members
Liaising with internal stakeholders, external engineering personnel and third‑party service providers
Setting up and managing Service Level Agreements for standard servicing & maintenance of plant & utilities
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or trade qualification with experience in a process industry (food, pharmaceutical or medical devices desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply engineering principles in practical application
Strong business knowledge and ability to interface with a manufacturing organization
